What is Knotr?
Knotr is a place to keep your agentic self — profiles, skills, and knowledgebases — so AI tools can use the same curated context instead of re-uploading files and rewriting instructions everywhere.
How do I connect a profile to ChatGPT or Cursor?
Open a profile, go to Integrations, and follow the ChatGPT or IDE / MCP setup steps. You’ll connect with OAuth or a profile API key depending on the client.
Where do billing and plans live?
Plans and limits are on the Pricing page. Signed-in customers manage personal billing under Account → Billing, and team owners manage team billing from the team workspace.
What if MCP tools don’t appear in my client?
Confirm the profile has active skills exposed for MCP, that your workspace billing allows access, and that the client is pointed at the correct MCP URL with a valid token or API key. Try reconnecting or refreshing tools in the client.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can delete your account from account settings (GDPR-compliant deletion). For help with a specific export or deletion request, contact us using the form below and choose Support.
