Give the CLI your persona, skills, and notes without parking prompts in git, then keep the brief when the session is over.
Setup takes a minute after you create a profile. Open Integrations → Claude Code.
Knotr in Claude Code, not a generic feature list.
Workflows you maintain in Knotr show up for Claude Code, so agents run the same playbooks you use in other tools.
Load your profile at the start so the CLI begins from your judgment, not a blank system prompt.
When a run produces a plan, write-up, or page worth sharing, save it as a Knotr artifact. The next person (or the next tool) can open a link instead of hunting through terminal scrollback.
Exemplary steps only. After you sign up, Integrations has the real connect buttons for this profile.
Sign up and create a profile.
Open that profile, go to Integrations, and choose Claude Code.
In a Claude Code session, run /plugin marketplace add Knotr-AI/knotr-plugins, then /plugin install knotr-connect@knotr-plugins. Sign in when Claude Code asks.
Already using Claude on claude.ai? Turn Knotr on in the plugin directory (https://claude.ai/customize/plugins/id/72c5c016-83d5-47d1-946a-56ce253bbaf4@anthropic-plugin-directory) and it syncs to Claude Code when you sign in with the same account.
Prefer no plugin? Add this profile's MCP server URL from Integrations instead. Do not paste a token into a config file.
Optional: download the light IDE plugin and load it with claude --plugin-dir from the parent of the plugin folder. That zip includes .mcp.json for this profile.
Ask Claude Code to load your profile. Skills stay live over MCP. If you installed a zip, run /reload-plugins after you refresh on-disk files.
Claude Code works from this profile: your voice, skills, knowledge, and a place to publish artifacts when the output should outlast the session.
